In over ten years now taking surveys online, I've built a list of good companies that offer steady work to those looking to earn extra income online.

My top earning survey sites meet a few important requirements I have for any site I work with:
  • they must reward well for my time
  • must not give me trouble about paying
  • must not waste my time
I offer my list to others so that they can avoid wasting their time trying many sites to  build their own list, and just get right on to earning.  And if you're doing this while working on a longer-term goal earning goal, like learning how to get paid to write online, you can end up doing quite well for yourself.

How To Get Free Amazon Gift Cards - The Truth, No Scams

I just did the bulk of my daughter's birthday shopping using Amazon gift cards I got totally free.  I'll do the  same for the my boys who have birthdays coming up between now and Christmas, and, of course, Christmas is the big one I like to stock up gift codes for.  And yes, I'm about to share with you how you can earn Amazon gift cards, too.

To get these gift cards, I don't spend cash unless I already intended to - that would defeat the purpose!  I don't suggest scamming or gaming of systems - I strongly feel no one should, because that kills good programs.  And while there certainly are scams out there - I've fallen victim to a couple myself, early on in learning how to do this - the methods I'm about to share are legit, scam free, and have worked for me for years.

So here we are, my best ways to earn Amazon gift cards:

There are many different ways to get paid to write online.  Creating your own content, whether for blogs, ebooks, or websites, offers the greatest rewards.  However, that takes a level of skill few begin with.  It takes time and practice to figure out how to be effective.

Writing for others gives us the chance to learn while we're earning; knowledge you can then apply to your own blogs or sites.  There are trade offs, which I will detail as I cover the most common ways to get paid for writing online.

I'll also give you some good resources to get started, whichever path you choose.

How I Get Paid to Write - Affiliate Programs That Work

Finding the right affiliate programs to match your site and your style can take some time.  I've tried quite a few over my near-decade writing online.  In this article, I'll share those with which I've been most successful, and hopefully save you some time.

Personally, I tend to be very laid back in using affiliates.  I write about things I love, and then go out looking for affiliates to match.  I have a feeling that more of a go-getter would look at the affiliates available to them, and think of ways to craft articles from that perspective.  I've made a decent income doing it my way, though, and these are the sites that made it possible:

Get Paid to Test Products

Today, I'd like to talk paid product testing in your home.  Over the past nine years, I've been offered the chance to test everything from new kinds of yogurt to computer printers.  We're talking about name brand companies, here, seeking opinions and personal experience with new and upcoming products.  In return for my honest opinions and experiences, not only do I get paid, but I typically get to keep the items.

8 Legit Survey Sites For Teenagers

Teens as young as 13 can sign up with survey companies to answer questions and make their own cash.  I don't have a 13-year-old in the house,  yet, but it won't be long.  I've been compiling this list of sites my daughter can use to make money when she gets to that age.  (She already works for these sites for kids.)

Of course I'm not going to recommend any site for my daughter that doesn't treat me well when I take their surveys, or isn't highly recommended.  So here is a list of a few good survey sites that pay teenagers:
